This is a full working version of our commodity trading spreadsheet template for Claris Resolve or Wingz. It Will track commodity orders, trades in progress and keeps a database of closed trades for analysis. It tracks all commission costs, margin requirements as well as profit/loss information and calculates PL ratios prior to taking a trade.
This template also has the latest data for 20 or so futures contracts with room to add additional contract information for more contracts. The existing contract information can be updated as margins ect. change.
This template is shareware and we request a fee of $12.00 if this template is useful
Please send to : Construction Data Systems

For the shareware fee you will get a non-expiring version of this template plus the full text version of all the hyperscript- scripts plus any updates added to this product.
(this version expires and is crippled after 6 weeks of use)
Put the script "FT" in the same folder and level as the application (or it will not load automatically)
Put the Comtrade file any where you want.
This template is driven completely by buttons or by the menuitems in the:
Calculate menu (Resolve)
Go Menu (Wingz)
do all data entry with the dialog boxes
do not insert or delete rows or data will be posted to the wrong location.(bad juju)
Please play with this as much as you want. Be sure to use to menu items to add ,remove and transfer all data. Always close open positions with the menus rather than manually try to remove the data. You can remove any sample date manually from the closed position database easily.
To delete sample data from the closed position database select all the data except the last
2 columns(which contain formulas anyway) and delete.
WARNING
------------do not unprotect any protected formulas and delete them-----------------
(yuckey stuff happens if this is ignored)
note: if your broker does not charge exchange fees on top of your commission cost
put 0's in the exchange fee boxes above the contract info database
